- 200G Picard - Breaded Shrimp
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
- 100G Terre Exotique Winemaker'S Salt, 100G
- - Greenfields Spanish Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 1/2 cups of diced tart apple to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 4. Stir the flour mixture into the apples in the skillet, ensuring the apples are evenly coated.
- 5. Gradually add 2 cups of milk to the skillet, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- 6. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens to a creamy consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
- 7. Add 2 cups of cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir gently to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are heated through.
- 8. Serve the curry over hot, fluffy rice.
