  • 500G Organic Red Quinoa, 500G
  • NaN Filippo Berio Classico Pure Olive Oil
  • 400G Daucy Carrots Extra Fine 400G
  • Single Cucumber (Single)
  • - Natco Kala Namak Indian Black Salt
  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, ginger powder, and chopped green chilies, stirring for 1 minute to release the aroma.
  4. 4. Mix in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften into a paste-like consistency.
  5. 5. Add minced chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken turns white and begins to brown slightly.
  6. 6. Incorporate turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala, black pepper powder, and rock salt, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
