  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the rice in water with a pinch of rock salt until fully cooked and soft, then let it cool completely.
  2. 2. Dice the chicken breast into small cubes and marinate with Suhaana Veg Biryani Spice Mix, ginger powder, and rock salt for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the marinated chicken until cooked through, then finely chop the cooked chicken.
  4. 4. Grate fresh turmeric and mix it thoroughly into the cooled rice along with rice flour to create a sticky mixture.
  5. 5. Take a spoonful of rice mixture, flatten it, place a portion of cooked chicken in the center, and roll into a ball.
  6. 6. Repeat the process until all rice and chicken are used, ensuring even-sized balls for consistent cooking.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and carefully fry the rice balls in batches until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
