- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Jar Rowse Clear Honey
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 750G Wholegood Organic Rainbow Carrots
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
Instructions
- 1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water and drain it well.
- 2. In a pot, combine quinoa with water and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook quinoa for 12-15 minutes until tender, then fluff with a fork.
- 4. While quinoa is cooking, finely chop carrots, broccoli, spring onions, and garlic.
- 5. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 6. Add carrots and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes.
- 7. Mix in edamame and spring onions, cooking for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 8. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and black pepper, whisking until smooth.
- 9. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat evenly, letting it cook for 2 minutes.
- 10. Add cooked quinoa to the pan, tossing gently with the vegetables and sauce.
- 11. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir-fry and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- 12. Serve hot, garnished with fresh spring onion greens or additional sesame seeds for extra flavor.
