  • 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly under cold water and drain it well.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine quinoa with water and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to simmer and cook quinoa for 12-15 minutes until tender, then fluff with a fork.
  4. 4. While quinoa is cooking, finely chop carrots, broccoli, spring onions, and garlic.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add carrots and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Mix in edamame and spring onions, cooking for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  8. 8. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and black pepper, whisking until smooth.
