  • 800G Essential Cuisine Savoury Wild Mushroom Sauce, 800G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined), 1 can of tuna (drained), 3 cups cooked quinoa, 4 oz sliced mushrooms, 1 cup chopped celery, and 1 diced green pepper.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup mushroom sauce, 1 cup mayonnaise, 11 oz milk, and 1 tbsp lemon juice until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the creamy mixture over the shrimp, tuna, and vegetable mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
