- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- 220 Ml The Coconut Collab Plant-Based Double Cream
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- NaN Organic Golden Flaxseed Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of finely chopped celery and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 2 vegetable stock cubes, cooking for an additional 1 minute to combine the flavors.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1 cup of quinoa, 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of flaxseed flour mixed with 1 1/2 cups of water, and 1 cup of double cream. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- 5. Add the sautéed celery mixture to the bowl and stir until evenly incorporated.
- 6. Grease two large loaf pans and divide the mixture evenly between them. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the tops are golden brown and the loaf is firm to the touch.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
