  • 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 250 G Onion Shallots 300g
  • 400G Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince
  • - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a medium pot, bring 400ml of water to boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the rice for 15 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. While the rice cooks, peel and dice the carrots and chop the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add finely chopped garlic and onion, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
