- 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 G Onion Shallots 300g
- 400G Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince
- - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a medium pot, bring 400ml of water to boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the rice for 15 minutes until tender.
- 3. While the rice cooks, peel and dice the carrots and chop the cucumber into small bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add finely chopped garlic and onion, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
