- 500G Aunt Bessie'S Maple & Thyme Glazed Carrots
- 454 g Southcliffe Turkey Mince 454G
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Sweet Potatoes
- 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
- - Kallo Organic Mushroom Stock Cubes
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup mushroom stock, 1 1/2 lb ground turkey, 1/2 cup oats, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 egg, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until well combined.
- 3. Shape the turkey mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf and place it in a 3-quart oblong baking dish.
- 4. Arrange 6 peeled and chopped sweet potatoes and 6 peeled and sliced carrots around the turkey loaf in the baking dish.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the turkey loaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Carefully spoon off any excess fat from the baking dish before serving.
