- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- Pack Tray Of 30 Medium Free Range Eggs
- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- - Dolls House Miniature Handmade Parmesan Cheese Wheel
- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- 750 Ml Bevelini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 750Ml
- 2 X 320G Jus-Rol Shortcrust Sheets Frozen
- - Schwartz Oregano
- - McCormick Gourmet Organic Cayenne Pepper MCG-24431
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add 5 chopped tomatoes and 1 minced garlic clove to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- 4. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool until tepid.
- 5. In a bowl, beat 1 egg and mix in 1/4 cup of chopped parsley.
- 6. Once the tomato mixture has cooled, combine it with the egg and parsley mixture.
- 7. Spread the tomato and egg mixture evenly into a shortcrust pastry.
- 8. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- 9. Arrange thin slices of 1 tomato on top of the quiche and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- 11. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving.
