  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • 450G Pack'D Organic Broccoli Florets
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 500G Biona Organic Long Grain Italian White Rice
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 300G Brown Sugar With Ginger, 300G
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
  3. 3. Coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch and pan-fry in sesame oil until golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. 4. Steam the broccoli florets until tender but still crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Thinly slice the carrot, red bell pepper, and spring onions, then sauté them in a pan for 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Cook the white rice in water over medium heat until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with sautéed vegetables and simmer for 2 minutes to coat them well.
