- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- NaN Pure Rapeseed Oil, Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the sushi rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. Cook the sushi rice as per package instructions, then mix it with rice vinegar and let it cool slightly.
- 3. Slice the tofu into thin strips and pan-fry in neutral oil until golden brown on all sides.
- 4. Julienne the carrot and cucumber into thin strips, and slice the avocado into thin wedges.
- 5. Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat and spread an even layer of rice on it, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- 6. Arrange the tofu, carrot, cucumber, and avocado neatly in a line near the bottom edge of the nori sheet.
- 7. Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to ensure a firm roll.
- 8. Seal the edge of the roll with a dab of water, then slice into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the sushi rolls for added flavor and texture.
