  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 30G Shiitake Mushrooms, 30G
  • 500G Biona Organic Long Grain Italian White Rice
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Prepare a marinade by mixing gochujang paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Peel and julienne the carrot, wash the spinach, and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
