- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 30G Shiitake Mushrooms, 30G
- 500G Biona Organic Long Grain Italian White Rice
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2. Prepare a marinade by mixing gochujang paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- 3. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.
- 4. Peel and julienne the carrot, wash the spinach, and slice the shiitake mushrooms.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 6. In the same pan, sauté the carrots, spinach, and mushrooms lightly with a pinch of salt.
- 7. Assemble the bowl by placing cooked white rice at the base, arranging the tofu, vegetables, and mushrooms on top.
- 8. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds for added flavor.
