- 600G Picard Organic Spinach Leaves
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 40G Ancho Flakes, 40G
- - Vietnamese Summer Roll Rice Paper
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Trs Ginger Paste
- 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic paste for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the tofu cubes to the pan, followed by soy sauce, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Add the spinach leaves to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then remove from heat.
- 5. Finely chop spring onions and mix with sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- 6. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for a few seconds until pliable and lay them flat on a clean surface.
- 7. Place a strip of nori seaweed on each rice paper sheet to enhance flavor and texture.
- 8. Spoon the tofu-spinach mixture along the center of each rice paper sheet.
- 9. Add a sprinkle of the spring onion mixture over the filling for added crunch and flavor.
- 10. Carefully fold the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly to form wraps.
- 11. Lightly toast the wraps in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes on each side to seal them and add a crispy touch.
- 12. Serve the wraps warm, optionally with a side of dipping sauce or pickled vegetables.
