Ingredients

  • - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
  • 600G Picard Organic Spinach Leaves
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
  • 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 40G Ancho Flakes, 40G
  • - Vietnamese Summer Roll Rice Paper
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Trs Ginger Paste
  • 300 g Trs Ginger & Garlic Paste 300G

Instructions

  1. 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the ginger and garlic paste for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the tofu cubes to the pan, followed by soy sauce, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the spinach leaves to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then remove from heat.
  5. 5. Finely chop spring onions and mix with sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for a few seconds until pliable and lay them flat on a clean surface.
  7. 7. Place a strip of nori seaweed on each rice paper sheet to enhance flavor and texture.
  8. 8. Spoon the tofu-spinach mixture along the center of each rice paper sheet.
  9. 9. Add a sprinkle of the spring onion mixture over the filling for added crunch and flavor.
  10. 10. Carefully fold the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly to form wraps.
