- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop finely.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, chickpea flour, oat flour, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to form a thick dough.
- 3. Shape the dough into small dumplings, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion and garlic until golden and fragrant.
