  • 400G Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400G
  • 500 G Quaker Rolled Oats Porridge
  • - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic
  • 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
  • 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of finely chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and golden, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 1 minced clove of garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then remove the skillet from heat.
  5. 5. Squeeze fresh spinach to remove excess moisture and set aside.
  6. 6. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of chia seeds and 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
  7. 7. Stir in the prepared spinach, the onion and garlic mixture, and 1 cup of oats. Mix well to combine.
  8. 8. Add 1 cup of shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs, and 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary. Stir until evenly combined.
  9. 9. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  10. 10. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
