- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
- - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely grate the carrots and mooli radish; dice the cucumber into small cubes.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the grated carrots and mooli radish to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until softened.
- 4. Sprinkle in the Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio and cinnamon, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Add the Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Pour in the water, bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer.
- 7. Gradually add the Saffola Classic Masala Oats to the pan while stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
