  • - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
  • - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and finely grate the carrots and mooli radish; dice the cucumber into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the grated carrots and mooli radish to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Sprinkle in the Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio and cinnamon, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Add the Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince to the pan and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
