Instructions
- 1. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in hot water according to package instructions, then drain well.
- 2. Peel and julienne the carrots and mooli radish into thin strips, and slice the cucumber into matchsticks.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4. Add the rehydrated soy protein mince to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Stir in soy sauce, lemon juice, five spice seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 6. Remove the soy protein mixture from heat and let it cool slightly for easier handling.
- 7. Prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying them thoroughly, ensuring they are intact for wrapping.
- 8. Place a portion of the soy protein mixture onto each lettuce leaf, followed by the julienned vegetables.
