- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 60G Terre Exotique Speculoos Spice Blend, 60G
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- 2. Peel and chop the mooli radish and carrots into thin slices for even cooking.
- 3. Add the chopped garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in the mooli radish and carrots, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in a bowl with 100 ml of water for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add the rehydrated soy protein mince to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables.
- 7. Sprinkle the Speculoos spice blend, salt, and black pepper evenly over the mixture.
- 8. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat all ingredients thoroughly.
