- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 60G Terre Exotique Speculoos Spice Blend, 60G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Peel and thinly slice the chayote squash, carrots, onion, and garlic for the stir-fry.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- 4. Add the rehydrated soy protein mince to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Toss in the sliced chayote squash and carrots, and stir well to combine all ingredients.
