- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 400G Italianavera Chopped Tomatoes, 400G
- - Tata Salt
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of seitan into bite-size pieces and marinate in 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper for about 30 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, toss the marinated seitan with 1/2 cup of flour until evenly coated.
- 3. Heat 2 tbsp of corn oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated seitan pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1 can (400 g) of diced tomatoes, reduce the heat to low, and let the mixture simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Serve the savory seitan and tomato mixture over cooked rice, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
