Ingredients

  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 400G Italianavera Chopped Tomatoes, 400G
  • - Tata Salt
  • 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut 500 g of seitan into bite-size pieces and marinate in 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In a bowl, toss the marinated seitan with 1/2 cup of flour until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tbsp of corn oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated seitan pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in 1 can (400 g) of diced tomatoes, reduce the heat to low, and let the mixture simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve the savory seitan and tomato mixture over cooked rice, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
