- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Tomatoes 1kg
- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 10 British Pork Honeyroast Chipolatas X10
- 6 Lincolnshire Sausages X6
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 830G Turkish Tomato Paste, 830G
- - Tata Salt
- 500G White Pearl Italian Pudding Rice 500g
- - Potts Vegetable Stock Can
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a 4-quart sauce pot over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves, sautéing until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add 2 lb of cubed pork to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. Drain the liquid from 2 cans of green beans into the pot with the pork. Add 4 cups of water, 1 diced tomato, and 12 oz of tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Season the mixture with 1 tsp salt and additional spices to taste. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the pork is almost cooked through, about 25 minutes.
- 5. Add the drained green beans to the pot and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to a pouring consistency.
- 6. Serve the pork and green bean mixture over cooked rice on individual plates for a complete meal.
