- 1 Kg Green Lentils, 1Kg
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
- 28G Nori Sheets, 28G
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 43G Wasabi Paste, 43G
- 1 Kg Pink Shredded Ginger - Beni Shoga, 1Kg
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and cook the quinoa according to package instructions until fluffy, then set aside to cool.
- 2. Cook the green lentils in boiling water until tender, drain, and let cool.
- 3. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin julienne strips; repeat the same with the cucumber.
- 4. Slice the avocado into thin slices and set aside for assembly later.
- 5. Mix the cooled quinoa and lentils with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- 6. Lay a nori sheet flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the quinoa-lentil mixture evenly across it.
- 7. Arrange carrot, cucumber, and avocado slices horizontally across the middle of the nori sheet.
- 8. Carefully roll up the nori sheet tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edge with a dab of water.
- 9. Repeat steps 6-8 with the remaining nori sheets and fillings to create four wraps.
- 10. Slice each wrap into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife for easy serving.
- 11. Serve with wasabi paste, soy sauce for dipping, and pickled ginger on the side.
