- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lentils thoroughly and cook them in boiling water for about 15 minutes until tender.
- 2. Wash and trim the spinach, then blanch it in hot water for 1 minute and drain it well.
- 3. Mince the garlic and ginger finely and slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 5. Add the cooked lentils to the skillet and stir in the gochujang paste, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- 6. Cook the lentils on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- 7. Add the blanched spinach to the skillet and toss gently to coat it with the sauce.
- 8. Arrange cooked jasmine rice in two bowls and top with the lentil-spinach mixture.
- 9. Drizzle sesame oil over each bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added flavor.
