- - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 75G Lebanese Seven Spice Mix, 75G
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Dice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and Lebanese Seven Spice Mix.
- 2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in your air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes and add the seasoned chicken pieces.
- 3. Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- 4. Peel and grate the carrots and slice the cucumber into thin rounds, setting them aside for later.
- 5. In a saucepan, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 6. Add the Saffola Classic Masala Oats to the saucepan and stir to coat with the garlic-infused oil.
