- 1 Kg Caputo Cuor Di Cerali, 1Kg
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- 5 Kg Caputo Integrale Whole Wheat Flour, 5Kg
- - Borough Broth Co. Tonkotsu Ramen Broth
Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 medium cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt. Sauté for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, prepare a simple dumpling dough by combining 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and enough vegetable broth to form a soft dough. Knead briefly and divide into small pieces.
