Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of grated courgette, 1 cup of finely chopped celery, and 1 finely chopped onion.
- 3. Add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of nutritional yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of herbes de provence, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the vegetable mixture. Mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour with 9 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then fold it into the vegetable mixture until evenly combined.
