Ingredients
- 500 Ml Dios Baco Pedro Ximenez Sherry, 500Ml
- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- - Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- - Mantova Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of oyster sauce with 1 tablespoon of sherry. Stir well to create a glaze.
- 2. Let the oyster sauce and sherry mixture sit for 10 to 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
- 4. Place 2 salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Evenly spoon the oyster sauce and sherry glaze over the top of the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
- 5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 1 to 2 minutes at the end of the cooking time.
- 6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes for a complete meal.
