Ingredients

  • 500 Ml Dios Baco Pedro Ximenez Sherry, 500Ml
  • 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
  • - Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • - Mantova Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of oyster sauce with 1 tablespoon of sherry. Stir well to create a glaze.
  2. 2. Let the oyster sauce and sherry mixture sit for 10 to 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
  4. 4. Place 2 salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Evenly spoon the oyster sauce and sherry glaze over the top of the salmon, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. 5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. For a caramelized finish, broil the salmon for an additional 1 to 2 minutes at the end of the cooking time.
  6. 6. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes for a complete meal.
