Ingredients
- 240G Salmon Fillets With Lemon & Pepper Butter
- 500 Ml Sesame Oil 10 Litres
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
- 500 g Planet Organic Courgettes 500G
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 20G Thai "Hand" White Pepper Powder, 20G
Instructions
- 1. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon white pepper over the salmon fillets.
- 2. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove the salmon from the skillet, set aside, and keep warm.
- 3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups julienne-cut red bell pepper, and 1 cup julienne-cut courgettes to the skillet. Sauté for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 5. To serve, place one salmon fillet on each of four plates. Serve alongside 1 cup of hot cooked rice.
