- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 250 ml Critida Lemon Infused Olive Oil 250Ml
- 125G Daylesford Organic Brandy Butter
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 25G Fillippone Italian Organic Hot Chilli Peppers, 25G
- 200G Picard - Breaded Shrimp
- 75Cl When In Rome White Wine Pecorino Eco Bottle
- 1.5 Kg Orchardworld Seedless Easy Peeler Box
- 1G Saffron 1g
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/3 cup olive oil and 2 teaspoons butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat until the butter melts.
- 2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 finely chopped chili peppers, 1 pinch saffron, and 1/4 cup chopped parsley to the skillet. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add 1 pound cleaned shrimp to the skillet and cook, stirring briskly, for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are nearly cooked through.
- 4. Pour in 1/4 cup white wine and the juice of 1 orange. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce slightly thickens.
- 5. Remove from heat and serve the shrimp in shallow dishes, drizzling the pan sauce over the top. Pair with fresh crusty bread for dipping.
