Ingredients

  • - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
  • - Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar
  • - Jalpur Sago Seeds Medium
  • 500 G Ktc Pure Butter Ghee
  • Pack Of 3 Yellow Lime (Pack Of 3)
  • NaN Trs Peanuts Red
  • 100G East End Cumin Whole Seeds
  • 100G Green Chillies - 100g
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 1 cup of Jalpur Sago Seeds Medium thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the sago seeds in enough water to cover them for 4-5 hours or until they become soft and translucent. Drain any excess water and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of Ktc Pure Butter Ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of East End Cumin Whole Seeds to the pan and let them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  4. 4. Finely chop 1 Cofresh Whole Green Chilli and add it to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the chili softens.
  5. 5. Dice 1 Red Bell Pepper and add it to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bell pepper softens slightly.
  6. 6. Add 1/4 cup of Ginni'S Honey Roasted Peanuts to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes to lightly toast them.
  7. 7. Add the soaked and drained sago seeds to the pan. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with 1/2 teaspoon of Tata Salt and 1/2 teaspoon of Billington'S Light Brown Soft Sugar. Mix well.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice of 1 Yellow Lime (Pack Of 3) over the upma and stir to incorporate the citrus flavor.
  10. 10. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of Schwartz Coriander Leaf Jar for a fresh and aromatic finish.
