  • 250G Mushroom Button 250G
  • 75G Greenfields Berbere Spice Blend, 75G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the barley under cold water and set aside to drain thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Slice the carrots, radish, and chayote squash into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
  5. 5. Stir in the carrots, radish, and chayote squash, cooking for another 3-4 minutes to slightly tenderize.
