  • 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
  • - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
  • 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it in a bowl for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add chopped green chillies to infuse spice.
  3. 3. Stir in the curry blend and cinnamon, cooking for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
  4. 4. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring gently to coat with the spices.
