- 500G Tropical Sun Basmati Rice 500g
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 100 G Fresh Green Peas 100g
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 240G Spice Kitchen Curry Blend Trio, 240G
- - Indian Spice Company Cinnamon
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it in a bowl for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add chopped green chillies to infuse spice.
- 3. Stir in the curry blend and cinnamon, cooking for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
- 4. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan, stirring gently to coat with the spices.
- 5. Pour in water and salt, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan.
- 6. After 10 minutes, add the fresh green peas and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- 7. While the rice cooks, rinse and roughly chop the spinach and coriander leaves.
