- 1 Kg Red Lentils (Masoor Dal), 1Kg
- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- NaN Aroy-D Coconut Milk
- 50G Mill & Mortar Organic Ground Turmeric, 50G
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Rinse quinoa and lentils thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes, ground turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and green chili; cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in lentils, coconut milk, salt, and water. Simmer for 20 minutes until lentils are tender.
- 5. In a separate pot, cook quinoa with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes, or until fluffy.
- 6. Combine cooked quinoa and lentil mixture in a large bowl, mixing gently to incorporate flavors.
- 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and drizzle lemon juice over the top.
- 8. Serve warm and enjoy the vibrant, spiced flavors of the tikka bowl.
