  • 300G Fish Said Fred Msc Big Cod Fillets
  • 368G Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce, 368G
  • 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
  • NaN Trs Rice Flour

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and slice the fish fillets into two portions suitable for serving.
  2. 2. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves for preparation.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add garlic and tomatoes to the pan, cooking them until softened and slightly caramelized, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Season the tomato mixture with salt, black pepper, and thyme, stirring well to combine.
  6. 6. Place the fish fillets over the sauce, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until the fish is tender.
