- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 300G Fish Said Fred Msc Big Cod Fillets
- 368G Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce, 368G
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- NaN Trs Rice Flour
Instructions
- 1. Wash and slice the fish fillets into two portions suitable for serving.
- 2. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and coriander leaves for preparation.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- 4. Add garlic and tomatoes to the pan, cooking them until softened and slightly caramelized, approximately 5 minutes.
- 5. Season the tomato mixture with salt, black pepper, and thyme, stirring well to combine.
- 6. Place the fish fillets over the sauce, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until the fish is tender.
- 7. While the fish cooks, rinse the rice and boil it in salted water until fluffy, about 12 minutes.
- 8. Drain the rice and mix in chopped coriander leaves for added flavor.
- 9. Serve the cooked fish on a plate, spooning the tomato sauce generously over it.
