- - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g

Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic for a fragrant base.
- 3. Heat olive oil in the air fryer and sauté the onions and garlic until golden and aromatic.
- 4. Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C, tossing halfway through.
- 5. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 6. Grate the carrots and radish for vibrant freshness and texture.
- 7. Once the sweet potatoes are nearly tender, add the soy protein mince to the air fryer and mix well.
- 8. Sprinkle the Moroccan spice mix, salt, and soy sauce evenly over the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 9. Add the grated carrots and radish in the last 2 minutes to retain their crunch and nutrients.
