  • 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
  • 400G Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Spice Kitchen Moroccan Spice Tin
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Onion Large 1 Each

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes for even cooking.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic for a fragrant base.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in the air fryer and sauté the onions and garlic until golden and aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C, tossing halfway through.
  5. 5. Rehydrate the soy protein mince in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  6. 6. Grate the carrots and radish for vibrant freshness and texture.
  7. 7. Once the sweet potatoes are nearly tender, add the soy protein mince to the air fryer and mix well.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the Moroccan spice mix, salt, and soy sauce evenly over the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
