  • 400G Holland & Barrett Vegan Soy Protein Mince
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl to form a smooth spätzle batter.
  2. 2. Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt for cooking the spätzle.
  3. 3. Using a colander or spätzle press, drop the batter into boiling water to form small dumplings.
  4. 4. Cook the spätzle for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface, then drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the soy protein mince until lightly browned.
