- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Paprika
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/2 cup oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 4 cups of mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until they are crisp and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Push the vegetables to the side of the wok, creating a space in the center.
- 4. Add 500 g of shrimp to the center of the wok and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp herbes de provence.
- 5. Cook the shrimp, stirring occasionally, until they are fully cooked and pink, about 4-5 minutes.
