Ingredients

  • 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
  • 80G Africas Finest Dried Shrimp, 80G
  • 250G Shallot Onion - 250g
  • 200G Carr'S Crackers Selection
  • 227G Slap Ya Mama 'Original' Cajun Seasoning, 227G
  • 500 g Tuna Yellow Fin Steaks 500 Gr
  • 250 Ml Payst Sweet Chilli Sauce, 250Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Spread 8 oz of cream cheese evenly on a serving platter.
  2. 2. Spread 1 cup of sweet chilli sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  3. 3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning. Boil 1 package of frozen shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through. Drain and let cool.
  4. 4. Once cooled, chop the shrimp finely using a food processor or knife.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the chopped shrimp evenly over the sweet chilli sauce layer.
  6. 6. Drain 1 can of tuna and distribute it evenly over the shrimp layer.
  7. 7. Finely chop 1 shallot and sprinkle it on top of the tuna.
  8. 8. Serve the seafood platter with crackers for dipping.
