- 165G Philadelphia Lightest Low Fat Soft Cream Cheese
- 200G Carr'S Crackers Selection
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce

- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flaked red salmon, 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
- 2. Shape the mixture into a ball or a log using your hands or a spatula.
- 3. On a flat surface, mix 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley. Roll the salmon and cream cheese log in this mixture until evenly coated.
