Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tsp of margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 1/2 cup diced carrots, 1/2 cup diced zucchini, 3 tbsp sunflower seeds, 3 tbsp chopped walnuts, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the walnuts are lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
