Ingredients
- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 25G Natco Mint
- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- NaN Fresh Halal British Mutton Mince - 5-10% Fat
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- - Jalpur Coriander Powder Dhana Powder
- 450G Rice Flour, 450G
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- - Tata Salt
- 500 Ml Groundnut Oil 500ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, mint, and green chilies.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground mutton, chopped ingredients, spices, rice flour, and salt; mix until well combined.
- 4. Shape the mutton mixture into long kebabs around skewers or as cylindrical logs.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and cook the kebabs on all sides until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- 6. Drain the soaked rice and bring water to a boil in a pot; add the rice and cook until tender, about 12 minutes.
- 7. Stir in the chopped mint leaves into the cooked rice, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 8. Plate the mint rice and serve the mutton seekh kebabs alongside, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
