- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G

- 1 Kg Laila Basmati Rice

- - Cofresh Whole Green Chilli 350g
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
- - Mccormick Cumin Powder
- 100G Tata Sampann Garam Masala Tata Sampann Garam Masala, 45g
- - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- 250G Tilda Wild Rice

Instructions
- 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chili.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the mutton mince with half of the turmeric, cumin, garam masala, and red chili powder. Form into small kofta balls.
- 4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and lightly fry the kofta balls for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 5. In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- 6. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chili to the onions and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 7. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they break down into a thick paste.
- 8. Add the remaining turmeric, cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
- 9. Pour in the water and bring the curry base to a gentle boil.
- 10. Carefully place the kofta balls into the curry and simmer for 15 minutes, ensuring they cook evenly.
- 11. Meanwhile, cook the soaked rice in boiling water until fluffy, then drain and set aside.
- 12. Garnish the curry with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- 13. Plate the kofta curry beside the fragrant basmati rice.
- 14. Serve warm and enjoy the flavorful combination.
