- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the rice noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- 3. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
- 4. Pour vegetable broth into the pan and stir in miso paste until fully dissolved.
