Ingredients
- - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
- - Yutaka White Miso Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
- - Tata Salt
- - Maldon Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch.
- 2. Cook the rice in a pot with 300 ml of water until tender, then set aside and keep warm.
- 3. Mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the glaze.
- 4. Brush the salmon fillets generously with the miso glaze on both sides.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked through.
- 6. Steam the spinach in a steamer or microwave until wilted, then season lightly with salt.
- 7. Stir the toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions into the cooked rice.
- 8. Plate the sesame rice as a base, place the glazed salmon on top, and add the steamed spinach on the side.
