Ingredients

  • - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch
  • 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • - Yutaka White Miso Paste
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Honey & Mustard Sauce
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
  • - Tata Salt
  • - Maldon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. 2. Cook the rice in a pot with 300 ml of water until tender, then set aside and keep warm.
  3. 3. Mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the glaze.
  4. 4. Brush the salmon fillets generously with the miso glaze on both sides.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until caramelized and cooked through.
  6. 6. Steam the spinach in a steamer or microwave until wilted, then season lightly with salt.
  7. 7. Stir the toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions into the cooked rice.
  8. 8. Plate the sesame rice as a base, place the glazed salmon on top, and add the steamed spinach on the side.
