- 200G Biona Organic Edamame Beans
- - Yutaka White Miso Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Ginger - 100g
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
- 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Clean and slice shiitake mushrooms into thin pieces for even cooking.
- 3. Steam edamame beans for 5 minutes until tender, then set aside.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté diced ginger and minced garlic until aromatic.
- 5. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until softened.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, and water to create a glaze.
- 7. Pour the miso glaze into the pan with mushrooms and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 8. Add the soaked noodles and steamed edamame to the pan, tossing to coat evenly.
- 9. Sprinkle red chili flakes for spice and garnish with sliced spring onions.
