  • 30G Shiitake Mushrooms, 30G
  • 200G Biona Organic Edamame Beans
  • - Yutaka White Miso Paste
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • - Ginger - 100g
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • - Rajah Whole Red Chillies
  • 400G Whole Chickpeas In Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Clean and slice shiitake mushrooms into thin pieces for even cooking.
  3. 3. Steam edamame beans for 5 minutes until tender, then set aside.
  4. 4. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté diced ginger and minced garlic until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until softened.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, and water to create a glaze.
