Ingredients
- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 10G Avocado Leaves, 10G
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Kg Red Onion 1kg
- 600 Ml Bristol Syrup Co Lime Juice, 600Ml
- 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
- 100 g Wijaya Coriander Seeds 100G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 100 G Natco Paprika Powder
- - Jalpur Red Chilli Powder Fine
- - Tata Salt
- NaN Trs Gram Flour
Instructions
- 1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the tofu cubes until golden and slightly crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt to the tofu, stirring well to coat evenly.
- 4. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and red onion, then set aside for filling preparation.
- 5. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix it with lime juice and a pinch of salt for a creamy spread.
- 6. Warm the rice flour tortillas on a skillet for 30 seconds on each side to soften them.
- 7. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto each tortilla as the base layer.
- 8. Add the spiced tofu, sliced bell pepper, and onion on top of the avocado spread.
- 9. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the filling for a burst of herbaceous flavor.
- 10. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
- 11. Slice each wrap into halves diagonally for easy serving.
