- 120G Abc+ Trout Fillets In Pickled Sauce, 120G
- - Ponti Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Place 2 lb of trout fillets in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups of red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- 4. Pour the marinade over the trout fillets, ensuring they are well-coated. Let the trout marinate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- 5. Drain the trout fillets and reserve the marinade for basting.
- 6. Place the trout fillets on a well-greased baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika evenly over the top.
- 7. Bake the trout in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste with the reserved marinade.
- 8. Sprinkle an additional 1 teaspoon of paprika over the trout and return to the oven. Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the trout flakes easily with a fork.
- 9. Garnish the baked trout fillets with 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley.
