  • - Ponti Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Place 2 lb of trout fillets in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups of red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the marinade over the trout fillets, ensuring they are well-coated. Let the trout marinate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. 5. Drain the trout fillets and reserve the marinade for basting.
  6. 6. Place the trout fillets on a well-greased baking sheet. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika evenly over the top.
  7. 7. Bake the trout in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste with the reserved marinade.
