- 300G Satono Yuki Tofu, 300G
- 420G Black Soy Fermented Bean Paste, 420G
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
- 1 Kg Jasmine Rice Thai Hom Mali, 1Kg
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cube the tofu and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic, ginger, and white parts of spring onion.
- Add bean paste and stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add 0.5 cup water and tofu; simmer 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice, topped with green spring onion tops.
