  • 300G Satono Yuki Tofu, 300G
  • 420G Black Soy Fermented Bean Paste, 420G
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 65G Natoora Root Ginger
  • Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
  • 1 Kg Jasmine Rice Thai Hom Mali, 1Kg
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Cube the tofu and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic, ginger, and white parts of spring onion.
  3. Add bean paste and stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add 0.5 cup water and tofu; simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice, topped with green spring onion tops.
