Ingredients
- 1 Head Organic Romaine Lettuce
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 500G Nikko Egg Noodles, 500G
- - Shayona Masala Cashews
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Golden Swan White Vinegar
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 150 Ml Eaten Alive Smoked Sriracha Hot Sauce, 150Ml
- 750G Natco Almonds 750g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Remove the seasoning packet from 1 package of oriental flavored ramen noodles and mix the seasoning with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 3. Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and spread them on a baking tray along with 1/2 cup almonds. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 head of chopped romaine lettuce and 3 thinly sliced celery stalks.
- 5. Add the cooled ramen and almond mixture to the bowl.
- 6. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
- 7. Serve immediately for a crisp and flavorful dinner option.
