- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 500 g of chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly browned.
- 3. Add 1 cup of sliced celery and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns bright green and slightly tender.
- 4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 cup of diced courgette, and 3 chopped green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of potato starch until smooth. Pour this mixture into the skillet and stir well.
- 6. Add 1/2 cup of orange slices and 1 cup of pineapple chunks to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.
- 7. Serve the stir-fry hot over steamed white rice.
